Hi, I’m Sophia Lorraine Founder of Full Potential Coaching with Sophia and Book My Business, multi-business entrepreneur, Confidence coach, and Business mentor, and passionate believer that when women are fully supported - anything is possible.
After rebuilding my life from the ground up as a single mum of three, I became obsessed with helping women unlock their potential, not just spiritually, but financially and strategically too.
Through my coaching company, I’ve guided women across the UK to heal their limiting beliefs, rise into confidence, and create income through purpose-driven businesses.
But one thing kept holding my clients back still was… the tech.
I saw brilliant, heart-centred coaches and healers wasting time, money, and energy trying to piece together dozens of tools, websites, booking systems, CRMs, payment links, emails - when all they really needed was one simple system that just worked.
And of course, I went through all this nightmare myself within my own business.
So, I created Book My Business - a simple all-in-one automated platform that helps you launch, grow, and manage your business without tech overwhelm.
I know what it takes to build from nothing, because I’ve done it multiple times and succeeded.
I also run MF Dance, a thriving children’s dance academy that’s transformed hundreds of young lives and recently earned me the Business Trailblazer of the Year Award - recognition for innovation, leadership, and community impact.
I’ve been mentored by world-class entrepreneurs and visionaries, including Matt Fiddes (global business leader and former bodyguard to Michael Jackson), and coaches trained under Tony Robbins.
